A program of It's Your Republic™
Become a Timekeeper
Start the conversation.
Timekeepers share this site and help the people they know see who represents them and for how long. It's a conversation that crosses party lines, between neighbors, whoever they vote for.
- Start the conversation. At the dinner table, at church, in the group chat. Ask what they see. No party, no candidate.
- Share the site. Send it to your family, friends, church, club and group chats.
- Inform others. Show the people you know who represents them and how long they've been in office.
That's it. IT'S YOUR REPUBLIC!
Free. Nonpartisan. Unsubscribe anytime. We never sell or share your information.

60 to 90 seconds, recorded on your phone is fine. Every video is reviewed before it's posted.
Video guidelines
- Never name a candidate, a sitting official or a political party. That includes logos, slogans and campaign gear.
- Never tell people who to vote for or against.
- Talk about ideas and how to get different outcomes: why it matters how long someone has held a seat, what you want from the people who represent you, or how you check who represents you.
- Keep it respectful. No profanity or personal attacks.
- Use only your own music, or none. Don't include anyone else without their permission.
Need a way to start? Try: "Here's why I started paying attention to how long someone has been in office…", "If we want a different outcome, here's one thing we can do…", or "I'm a Timekeeper because…"
